PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Hazmat crews from Portland Fire and Rescue responded to reports of a white powder coming from luggage at Portland International Airport that Port officials determined to be flour.

Baggage handlers reported the white powder while unloading a Delta Airlines flight coming from Atlanta.

Tarmac staff notified airport administrators, who called in emergency responders.

After testing, the powder was determined to be baking flour and the flight was cleared to re-board.

Officials with the Port of Portland said two people were checked out on the tarmac and released.
