Home hit by gunfire in NE Portland; no suspects found

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A home was hit by gunfire in northeast Portland on Tuesday afternoon and witnesses said they saw an SUV speeding out of the area.

Police responded to a report of gunfire on the 12900 block of Northeast Rose Parkway at 12:47 p.m.

Officers arrived and found evidence of shots fired. Investigators said a home was hit by the gunfire, but nobody in the home was injured.

A witness who heard the shots said a silver SUV was speeding out of the area at the time.
