SALEM, OR (KPTV) -

Crews from multiple fire departments have contained a brush fire that burned about 100 acres along Interstate 5 near Salem Thursday.

The fire closed northbound I-5 at Exit 260 at Chemawa Road, but all lanes and the exit have since been reopened. Indian School Road is the only road that is closed.

Firefighters from Marion County, Dallas, Stayton and Aumsville were helping battle the blaze.

Crews are expected to remain on scene all night to make sure the fire does not flare back up.
