Deputies: Man shot in the head in NE Salem, two possible suspects sought

SALEM, OR (KPTV) -

The Marion County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting where one man was shot in the head Monday night.

Deputies were called out to a disturbance at a home located in the 4800 block of Jean Court Northeast. When deputies arrived they found one man with a gunshot wound to the head.

The man was taken to a Salem hospital for treatment.

Deputies are asking for the public's help to find two possible suspects. The first suspect is described as a white or Hispanic man, 25 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall, thin build, with dark hair, a thin mustache, wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.

The second suspect is a black adult man, 5 feet 9 inches tall, stocky build, wearing black pants, black hat and black shirt with yellow lettering.

Deputies said both suspects fled in a red or maroon, Pontiac Grand AM, with black steel rims and no hub caps.
