Melissa Rauch, known for her role as Bernadette Peters on the “Big Bang Theory” just starred in the new movie "The Bronze."
Rauch plays the role of a gymnast, a "has-been" who was a star in the Olympic Games a decade ago. She turns into a coach and tries to get an up-and-coming talent to the big time.
"I think we could all relate to times in our lives where we've felt that way or maybe the best of our days is behind of. This is more of an extreme version of that." Rauch said.
Although Rauch was never in gymnastics, she did try to immerse in that world by taking some gymnastics classes.
Now Melissa is looking forward to season 10 of the “Big Bang Theory,” which airs weekdays at 7 p.m. on PDX-TV.
"The Bronze" is available on DVD now.
