It’s a new type of fitness workout that proves the sword may be mightier than the pen.

Jungshin is a directional momentum training class that gives you a total body workout by swinging a weighted sword.

The swords are wooden and weigh 5 pounds and are swung in various ways to help strengthen certain muscle groups.
