Beaverton police arrest man accused of looking up 11-year-old’s skirt at store

BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) -

Police in Beaverton arrested a 41-year-old man accused of looking up the skirt of an 11-year-old girl at a store Wednesday.

Officers responded to the Goodwill store on Southwest Westgate Drive where the girl and her mother said a man was using a mirror to look up the child’s skirt.

The girl gave officers a description of the suspect, and an employee who had followed the man out of the store gave police a description of the suspect vehicle.

After searching the area, officers for a man matching the suspect description except for wearing a different shirt. However, officers determined the man had changed shirts after leaving the store ad had the other shirt in his vehicle.

Officers arrested the man, identified as Luis Martinez-Sanchez of Vancouver, Washington, for invasion of personal privacy. He was transported to the Washington County Jail.

Investigators are concerned there may be more victims of this suspect. Anyone that may have information is asked to call the Beaverton Police Department at 503-629-0111 and reference case number 16-2161259.
