PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Police are investigating three reports of shots fired in Portland, and no injuries were reported in any of the incidents.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire in the area of Northeast 9th Avenue and Holman Street at about 11:54 p.m. Saturday, according to the Portland Police Bureau. They found evidence of gunfire, including damage to a home and a parked car. No gunshot victims were found at the scene or at any area hospitals.

At about 3:20 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Northeast 22nd Avenue and Glisan Street. Officers arrived on scene and found evidence of gunfire, but no damage and no gunshot victims.

Just after 4 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to reports of gunfire at Mr. Hookah, located at 14919 SE Stark Street. Officers arriving on scene saw a man fire a handgun then run into the building.

An employee, 28-year-old Garyoudehwa Gbayou Garmondeh, came out of the building and was interviewed by police, who learned that he was the man officers saw firing the gun.

Officers learned an unknown person drove into the parking lot and someone inside the car began firing a gun toward the business. Garmondeh then fired his gun into the air and went back into the building, according to police.

Officers removed the 40 to 50 people inside the building and checked them for weapons.

A handgun was found inside the business, and officers determined it belonged to Garmondeh. He was taken into custody and booked into Multnomah County Jail on charges of recklessly endangering another person and discharging a firearm in the city.

There is no word if the three incidents are related.
