NEWBERG, OR (KPTV) -

A Newberg coffee stand was destroyed early Sunday after police say a large vehicle knocked the shop off its foundation.

Officers with the Newberg-Dundee Police Department discovered the Speedy Espresso Coffee Stand on West First Street was demolished sometime between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.

Investigators believe the vehicle that caused the damage to be a large, dual axle flatbed truck with a white cab and black bed.

According to police, the truck was last seen rapidly leaving the scene on Hancock Street towards Dundee.

Police ask that anyone with information about the incident call 503-538-8321.
