SOUTH HILL, WA (KPTV) -

Investigators in Washington are examining the scene of a crash that left an SUV propped on its top on the wall of a Starbucks.

Deputies with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call at a Starbucks drive-through location in South Hill, a small community outside of Tacoma, Tuesday.

They found a 42-year-old woman who had flipped her SUV over, striking two cars in the drive-through lane before coming to rest next to the building.

Investigators determined she drove through the intersection at Meridian Avenue East and 132nd Street East and hit the curb and some trees, flipping her vehicle.

No one was injured in the incident, and the driver was the only person in the SUV.

This is an ongoing investigation, but deputies do believe drugs played a factor in the crash.
