PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A man was given tickets for speeding, driving uninsured and careless driving in connection with a deadly crash in northeast Portland in March that sent four people to the hospital.

The crash occurred the evening of March 6 on the 13900 block of Northeast Glisan Street.

Investigators said 43-year-old Roderick Alo was driving a 2002 Acura TL east on Glisan Street when he lost control and collided with a westbound 2008 Toyota Corolla that had turned from northbound 139th Avenue.

The Corolla then crashed into a 2005 Nissan Sentra.

The driver of the Toyota, 30-year-old Lan Vo, and a passenger identified as 26-year-old Alexander Keppinger, suffered injuries described as traumatic. Keppinger died as a result of his injuries on March 24.

The people in the Nissan, 26-year-old Lance Faletogo and 27-year-old Rawz Addison-Faletogo, were both taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Alo was not injured in the crash. Police said he was not impaired and cooperated with investigators.

The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office reviewed the case and determined that no criminal charges would be filed against Alo.

The Portland Police Bureau reported Wednesday that he was given traffic citations for speeding, driving uninsured and careless driving.
