A man who walked in on women using the bathroom at a Gresham bar pleaded guilty Monday to invasion of privacy.

Matthew Dziewiontkoski, 57, was arrested in June.

Police said he exploited a faulty door on a unisex bathroom at a bar to intentionally walk in on women in "various states of undress."

The incidents occurred one night in April.

A woman posted a video online that showed Dziewiontkoski walking into the bathroom after she went inside.

The woman confronted Dziewiontkoski and said every time she went into the bathroom, he opened the door.

The woman in the video identified the business as the 2nd Street Bar. The owners of the bar declined to comment in June.

After pleading guilty to the misdemeanor charge Monday, Dziewiontkoski was sentenced to 60 hours of community service and two years probation. He must also undergo any required mental health or alcohol treatment programs.
