Two transients were involved in a fight that ended up with one of them getting stabbed, according to the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.

Multnomah Co. Sheriff's Office Captain Harry Smith said two transient men were fighting over stolen property in the 22200 block of Northeast Barr Road Wednesday night.

One of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed the other.

The victim is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
