VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -

A Vancouver man attacked inside a Starbucks says he may need surgery to fix broken eye socket. Part of the attack was caught on camera.

Roldan Robledo says on Tuesday morning his neighbor, James Neal, pounded on his door at his apartment complex in Vancouver, and then broke in and attacked him.

Robledo says he tried to get away by running into his bedroom and then a bathroom. He says he then crawled his way to the front door and ran in his underwear to a nearby Starbucks.

Video shot by a customer shows Robledo trying to hold the Starbucks door closed, that's when you see Neal make his way inside and attack Robledo. Two men jumped in to break the dispute up.

Robledo and Neal both say the dispute was over a Comcast remote. In court documents, Neal told police that he had seen Robledo leaving his apartment just a few doors down.

Neal told police he is a diagnosed schizophrenic and hears voices and is bipolar. Neal says it has been an ongoing issue with Robledo entering his apartment and taking things.

Neal is facing a burglary charge.
