Deputies release identity of man killed in shooting near Estacada

ESTACADA, OR (KPTV) -

The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office have identified the man who was killed in a shooting outside Estacada early Saturday.

Deputies said 39-year-old Dominick James Perry of Portland was killed as a result of a single gunshot wound.

Deputies found Perry still alive after responding to reports of a dispute at a residence on the 35000 block of Southeast Wilcox Road in Estacada just before 9:00 a.m.

He was transported to Oregon Health & Science University for treatment but later died.

Deputies noted that they are still looking for a vehicle of interest in the case, a 1996 Ford F-150 pickup with the Oregon license plate 902AJZ.

The sheriff’s office asks anyone with information on this case to call their tip line at 503-723-4949 or submit a tip using their online form.
