PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Voodoo Doughnut debuted a special tribute to Roald Dahl Tuesday on what would have been the beloved children's author's 100th birthday.

Each of the doughnut chain's Portland locations is offering a special edition treat during the month of September to celebrate the occasion.

The main Voodoo location downtown is selling the 'Giant Peach,' an homage to James and the Giant Peach that's filled with peach jelly, topped with peach mango dust and a gummy worm.

The Voodoo Doughnut Too location on Northeast Sandy Boulevard is offering a 'Snozzcumber' from The BFG, which is a raised bar doughnut filled with Bavarian cream and topped with chocolate icing and chocolate puffs.

Proceeds from the doughnuts benefit Partners in Health, a nonprofit organization that provides healthcare to people in need around the world.

Roald Dahl's daughter, Ophelia, is a co-founder of Partners in Health.
