Police: Multi-city drug bust leads to 2 pounds of meth, 8 arrests, $113K

Drug investigations by the Albany Police Department led to the seizure of 2 1/2 pounds of methamphetamine, $113,000 in cash, six guns and the arrests of eight people, according to detectives.

Police conducted a traffic stop on the 1200 block of Southeast Lafaeyette Street the night of Sept. 12 as part of an ongoing investigation.

Police said a search of the vehicle led to the discovery of one-fourth of a pound of meth, more than $1,000, a loaded handgun and scales.  

The three people in the car were arrested. Sasha Davidson, 35, of Albany, Charles Yancey, 39, of North Bend and Stefanie Foltyn, 32, of Sacramento, California, were booked into the Linn County Jail on charges of unlawful delivery and possession of meth and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Davidson and Yancey face additional charges of felon in possession of a firearm.

As a result of those arrests, a search warrant was served early the next morning at a home on the 6000 block of Silverton Road in Salem.

A search led to the seizure of meth, cocaine, packaging materials, scales and more than $8,000, according to police.

Three people in the home were arrested. Frank DeFelice, 58, of Salem, was booked into the Marion County Jail on the charge of unlawful delivery and possession of meth.

Trevvor McFee, 27, of Keizer, and Holly Kelsey, 28, of Salem, were arrested on felony warrants for parole violation.

That afternoon, following up on leads from the Silverton Road search warrant, detectives searched a home on the 3700 block of Haggers Grove Road in Salem.

That search led to the seizure of 1 pound of meth, more than $100,000 and four handguns. Charges are pending in connection to that search.

On the morning of Sept. 15, another search warrant was served on the 38000 block of Golden Valley Drive in Lebanon. That search led to the seizure of more than 1 pound of meth, packaging materials, scales, one gun and more than $3,500.

Elaine Falwell, 53, of Lebanon, and Robert Edelhuber, 54, of Lebanon, were arrested on charges of unlawful possession of meth. Falwell is also charged with unlawful delivery of meth.

The Albany Police Department was assisted by the Linn County Regional SWAT Team, the Marion County SWAT Team, Linn County Sheriff's Office, Benton County Sheriff's Office, Lebanon Police Department, Sweet Home Police Department and the Springfield Police Department.
