OREGON CITY, OR (KPTV) -

Police in Oregon City arrested five suspects in a home invasion robbery following a pursuit Wednesday afternoon.

Officers received a 911 call around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday reporting a home invasion and robbery at the Kingsberry Heights Apartments on Marjorie Lane.

Victims gave police a description of the suspects and their vehicle, and officers found the car in less than four minutes near Highway 213 and Clackamas River Drive.

The suspects refused to stop for the officers, and a pursuit began on Clackamas River Drive.

The officers, with assistance from Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office deputies, were able to stop the suspects safely near the Carver Bridge and take them into custody.

Edward Dequincy Ratcliff, Duane Christopher Donaldson, Jeremiah Deontrell Penn and two juveniles were all charged with first-degree robbery.

Ratcliff also faces unlawful use of a weapon and first-degree theft charges while Donaldson was also charged with attempting to elude police. Ratcliff Donaldson and Penn were booked into the Clackamas County Jail with bails of $280,000, $265,000 and $250,000, respectively.

The juvenile suspects were both sent to the Donald E Long juvenile detention center in Portland.
