Deputies looking for man who robbed deli in Raleigh Hills

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Washington County sheriff's deputies are searching for a man who they say robbed a deli in Raleigh Hills at gunpoint. 

At 6:45 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to the Lucky Dog Deli at 4714 SW Scholls Ferry Rd. about a robbery.

They were told that a man came into the business and walked quickly towards the clerk, who was behind the counter. The clerk told deputies the man had a handgun and demanded the cash in the register. He gave the man a small amount of cash, and the man ran away. The clerk was not hurt. 

Deputies searched the area with help from a K-9, but did not locate the suspect. They say there is a possibly the man left the area in a vehicle, and investigators are reviewing surveillance video and other evidence. 

The suspect was described as a Latino male in his late 20s with a medium build. At the time, he reportedly had a purple bandana over his face and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants.
