GRESHAM, OR (KPTV) -

Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 14-year-old boy who ran away from home last week and has not been heard from since.

Sean Gowin-Whittington was last seen on Nov. 2.

Police said his family is increasingly concerned for his mental health and physical well-being.

Officers said he disappeared last month for several weeks before he was eventually found by police in Portland.

Gowin-Whittington is described as white with dark blond hair and hazel eyes. He is 5 feet 5 inches tall and 120 pounds.

Gowin-Whittington is believed to likely be in east Multnomah County.

Anyone who knows where he is asked to call the non-emergency police dispatch line at 503-823-3333.
