Crime Stoppers of Oregon searching for cyclist hit-and-run suspect

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Crime Stoppers of Oregon and Portland Police Bureau are asking for help in finding a hit-and-run suspect that seriously injured a bicyclist in October.

On Oct. 13 at 3:30 p.m., a woman driving a white Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable was heading west on Southeast Division Street near 125th Avenue when she struck a 20-year-old man walking his bike in the bike lane.

The man was knocked several feet onto the sidewalk. He suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries.

The driver is described as a dark-skinned woman in her 20s, small build, black hair in a bun, wearing a maroon zip-up jacket with white writing on the front.

The vehicle had a temporary tag in the rear window and a hot pink “Browning” sticker in the rear window.
