A vandalism suspect who was allegedly involved in the protest and riot earlier this month turned himself in to the Portland Police Bureau Sunday.

Police said 21-year-old Miguel Rebollo was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Rebollo was identified by several sources as a suspect after his picture was posted on PPB’s CanYouIDMe website.

The suspect was spotted in a video taken on the night of Nov. 10, when a post-election protest turned into a violent riot.

The video appears to show Rebollo kicking and damaging a car with a woman and two young children inside.

Portland police said there were numerous photos and videos taken during November’s protests and riots. Some images of criminal suspects have been posted on the CanYouIDME website.

Anyone with information on the suspects and their identities should contact Portland police.
