PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Officers with the Portland Police Bureau have arrested two teens suspected in a shooting outside of a party early Sunday morning.

Investigators with the Bureau’s Gang Enforcement Team and officers from the East Precinct arrested 19-year-old Anthony Gray and 18-year-old Quandrae Harris-Streeter after locating the vehicle suspected in the shooting outside a home in the 0200 block of Southwest Hamilton Street.

Police responded to the home at 4:35 a.m., where they found one victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot injury.

During their investigation, officers found there had been a dispute outside the party that escalated into gunfire.

Investigators say those who were at the party were in their late teens and early 20s.

A neighbor told Fox 12 that he was surprised to hear gunshots, since it's typically a quiet area.

“It was loud. I knew it was gunshots,” the neighbor said. “It didn’t sound like fireworks at all.”

Gray and Harris-Streeter were taken to the Multnomah County Jail. Both faces charges of attempted murder and unlawful use of a weapon, and Gray also faces charges of theft, burglary and felon in possession of a firearm.
