GRESHAM, OR (KPTV) -

A reward is being offered to track down a wanted Gresham murder suspect who is considered armed and dangerous.

Demarco Herbert "Buddy" Streeter, 30, is accused of shooting and killing 29-year-old Harry Brogdon Jr. on the 18500 block of Southeast Stephens Court at 11 a.m. Wednesday, according to police.

Evidence and tips led detectives to identify Streeter as the murder suspect. A possible motive has not been released by police.

A car taken in the homicide has been located and is no longer of interest, according to investigators.

A reward up to $2,500 is being offered for information reported to Crime Stoppers that leads to an arrest in this case. Tipsters can remain anonymous.

Streeter is described as a black man, 5'9" tall and 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Detectives believe he is armed and dangerous.

Streeter has a long criminal history, which includes charges of weapons possession, attempted murder and eluding police.
