Deputies searching for man wanted in Centralia shooting

CENTRALIA, WA (KPTV) -

Lewis County deputies are searching for a man who allegedly shot another man in the leg in Centralia Tuesday.

Deputies said 20-year-old David Serrano-Mosso is sought as a suspect in a shooting that took place at 12:42 p.m. in the 3100 block of Ives Road.

According to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, Serrano-Mosso shot a 19-year-old man outside an apartment complex in the area.

The suspect allegedly arrived as a passenger in a white SUV, saw the victim, and fired one round at him from a handgun.

Deputies said the suspect and the victim are acquaintances and have only known each other a few months.

The white SUV and the driver have been located, but Serrano-Mosso remains at large.
