Some scary moments for some people on a MAX train when a power line came down across the tracks Friday night.
Portland Fire & Rescue said the MAX train stopped near the Gateway Transit Center where the power line had come down.
The power line also blocked on-ramps to I-84 westbound. The on-ramps were closed while crews cleared the scene.
PF&R said 75 to 100 people were on board the train at the time.

After the lines were cleared, the MAX train was not able to move for an unknown reason.
Passengers were evacuated from the train and walked a quarter mile down to the Gateway Transit Center.
