BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) -

Washington County deputies found and returned a stolen bike to a man with special needs in Beaverton but the suspect is still on the loose.

Deputies say they received an anonymous call about the bike that was stolen on December 2. The caller said they had seen the story about the stolen bike on the news and recognized the suspect.

Deputies responded to the area and found the stolen bike that belongs to Jason Eland.

According to Washington County Sheriff's Office, deputies were not able to find the suspect after he fled on foot and jumped a concrete wall.

Deputies said they are searching for Kurt Justus, as they believe he is the person pictured in surveillance footage taken during the theft.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Justus is asked to call the Washington County Sheriff's Office at (503) 629-0111.
