CLATSOP COUNTY, OR (KPTV) -

Clatsop County deputies arrested five people after serving two search warrants in the Knappa area early Sunday morning.

Clatsop County Sheriff's Office said deputies served the warrants at a place locals call "Heroin Hill" because it is known as a hangout for many local known criminals and drug users.

CCSO said the search warrants stem from an investigation involving theft and robbery.

When deputies searched the home they found drug paraphernalia, hundreds of used hypodermic needles, methamphetamine and heroin.

Deputies also found several stolen items inside the home. CCSO said the items have been returned or in the process of being returned to their rightful owners.

Deputies arrested Conrad "Gus" Weirup, 37, Clarissa Moore, 28, Daniel Greenfield, 28; Dakota Weirup, 29, and Duane "DJ" Jeremiah Scovill, 42. All were lodged in the Clatsop County Jail.

Conrad Weirup is being charged with robbery in the second degree, assault in the third degree, unlawful use of a weapon, and frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold.

Moore is being charged with post prison violation warrant and frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold. Greenfield is being charged with robbery in the second degree, assault in the third degree, and frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold.

Dakota Weirup is being charged with possession of a controlled substance and frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold. He was later released from jail due to overcrowding.

Scovill is being charged with robbery in the second degree, assault in the third degree, coercion, and theft in the first degree.

CCSO said more charges may be added as the investigation continues.
