KEIZER, OR (KPTV) -

Drugs, guns, counterfeit money and body armor were seized in connection with a Keizer drug dealer's second arrest in the last nine months, according to police.

Keizer police conducted a traffic stop near the 300 block of Sunset Avenue North at noon Tuesday and took 32-year-old Clayton Lee Smith into custody.

Investigators said they had evidence Smith committed a number of drug offenses.

Officers said a small plastic bindle, packaging materials, cash, a used syringe and a .45 caliber bullet were in plain view inside the car.

Police said Smith is a felon previously convicted of a violent crime who was also arrested in September 2016 on charges including unlawful possession and delivery of heroin and methamphetamine.

As Smith was taken into custody, a search warrant was served at his house on the 3900 block of 5th Avenue North.

During the search, police said they recovered four long guns, body armor, 80 counterfeit $100 bills, 6.9 grams of cocaine, 3 grams of meth and 1 gram of heroin. Two of the guns were reported stolen out of Corvallis.

A search warrant was obtained for the 2002 BMW 525i that Smith was driving when he was taken into custody. Police said they found $5,400 in cash, 123 grams of heroin, 76.1 grams of meth, packaging materials and a loaded .45 caliber handgun in the car.

Smith was booked into the Marion County Jail on charges including theft, felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful delivery of heroin, cocaine and meth.

Police said there may be additional charges.
