PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

The Portland Trail Blazers are ready for their first NBA Summer League games this weekend.

For Blazers first-round draft pick Zach Collins, the game Saturday against the Utah Jazz will be a homecoming.

Collins is from Las Vegas, where the team’s summer league games will be played.

After four days of practice, the rookie center out of Gonzaga told FOX 12 he's feeling confident.

“I think defense is the main thing we worked on every day besides learning plays,” Collins said. “We got pretty comfortable with that as a team.”

Another player to look out for is former Big 10 Player of the Year Caleb Swanigan, who will make his debut at the forward position for Portland.

The Blazers and the Jazz tip off at 3 p.m. Saturday. Portland will take on the Boston Celtics Sunday and the San Antonio Spurs Tuesday as the Las Vegas Summer League games continue.
