PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A second man living in a trailer that has drawn the ire of people in a northeast Portland neighborhood has been arrested.

Michael Dean Patterson, 20, was booked into Multnomah County Jail on Monday. Police previously said he had a warrant out of Idaho.

Jordan Jeffrey Bilyeu, 28, was arrested last week on an outstanding warrant. He was released from jail Friday.

Patterson talked to FOX 12 last week and said he and Bilyeu were building a “tiny home” out of items they’ve collected in the area. He said they had traveled through 28 states before settling in Portland.

As their “home” continued to grow on the street near Northeast 55th and Alberta in the Cully neighborhood, neighbors began to complain.

The Portland Bureau of Transportation said they put a 72-hour tow notice on the trailer last week. On Monday, neighbors said the trailer had moved a few blocks to a vacant lot on private property.

On Tuesday, police said the owner of the property did not want the trailer to be there and officers had it towed away.
