PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a robbery and shooting in April in northeast Portland.

At 5:30 p.m. April 18, officers responded to reports of gunfire near Northeast 20th Avenue and Alberta Street. Two people were found injured at the scene.

One victim had a possible gunshot graze wound and the second victim was hit with a stick or a bat. They received medical treatment at the scene.

A K-9 search of the area did not lead to any suspects, but officers did locate the gun used in the robbery and shooting.

On April 21, Stephen T. Blanchard, 22, was arrested on charges including attempted murder, robbery and assault.

A warrant was issued for a second suspect, 24-year-old Mohamed Abdalla Mohamed. He was taken into custody Tuesday by U.S. marshals and booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of robbery, assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Investigators said Mohamed and Blanchard are believed to be the only two suspects in this case.
