TROUTDALE, OR (KPTV) -

A senior dog who spent nine months in the care of Multnomah County Animal Services has been adopted.

Cindy Lou, a 12-year-old pit bull mix with medical needs, came to MCAS in November 2016 and after a long stay when home Thursday.

In a Facebook Live video, MCAS shared Cindy Lou’s happy departure.

Cindy Lou’s adopter said she saw her online and when she came in to meet her, she fell in love.
