Families and kids went crazy for “The Nut Job” when it hit theaters three years ago, and now there's a sequel jam packed with squirrels and other cute creatures opening this weekend.
“The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature” features the voices of Jackie Chan, Will Arnett And Katherine Heigl starring as animals protecting their habitat.
David Mitzah-Jewski from the National Wildlife Federation stopped by MORE to discuss that aspect of the film and how it translates to what conservationists see happening today.
“The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature” opens in theaters Thursday night and is rated PG for action and some "rude humor."
