Looking for a way to satisfy the biggest of Thanksgiving appetites? It may be time to go beyond the basic bird.

A Portland restaurant is offering a massive dish that combines, turkey, duck and chicken into a three-meat marvel sure to wow holiday diners.

Chefs Kyle Rourke and Tom Dunklin at The Waiting Room in northwest Portland offers a to-go Turducken dinner that comes with two to four sides, gravy and cranberry sauce, as well as two pies.

Customers can choose between traditional oyster dressing or andouille dressing, and the options for sides include brussels and cranberry, brown butter and sage squash gratin, lemon whipped potatoes and rum glazed yams.

While the side dishes, sauces and pies will be ready to serve, the Turducken will require cooking unless other arrangements are made.

Rourke and Dunklin said the massive meal will serve 12 people. Joe V. recently stopped by the restaurant and the pair gave him a lesson in cooking the massive meal.

To pre-order a Turducken dinner in time for Thanksgiving, head to TheWaitingRoomPDX,com by November 16. Orders will be ready on November 22 or 23.
