PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -
For the latest edition of "My Favorite Dish," FOX 12's special holiday cooking series, Pete Ferryman shares his take on arguably the most critical, and overlooked, part of the holiday meal.
Pete stopped by Huber's Cafe, Portland's oldest restaurant, located near the city's southwest waterfront.
In a place full of tradition, Pete got cooking to make a dish inspired by one loved by his family: his mother's gravy.
With Chef Julius Baliola, Pete whipped up gravy and mashed potatoes in honor of Pete's mom and the holiday season.
