PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

FOX 12’s Most Wanted was caught on camera Monday taking antique jewelry from a southeast Portland antique shop.

The owner of Monticello Antique Marketplace says a man came into their store around 4:20 p.m. Monday.

Store employee Mike Botocan said the man was in and out of the store in a matter of three minutes.

“He came in through the front door and snuck right past everybody through this entryway,” Botocan said.

Surveillance video showed the man cut one of the locks and then walked away and set it down.

“He came here," Botocan explained. "There were tiny little padlocks and he just cut them."

The man did that twice before opening the case and swiping vintage jewelry valued at around $4,800.

“Once he got his stuff and it only takes him like 15 seconds to get out or something the same way he came in totally unseen,” Botocan said.

A police report was filed with Portland police.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call police.
