When it comes to drinking Spanish coffees, your best bet might be just ordering one from your local bar.
For those still curious about how it's all done, barista/bartender Dillon Turner from Dill’s Coffee Stop in Gresham stopped by MORE to give a fun and fiery demonstration.
Turner explained that the key is starting with really great coffee, like the Four Barrel Coffee he uses at his cart.
The boozy brew also includes 151-proof rum, orange liqueur and Kahlua with a coconut cream on top.
If you want to try the drink without lighting a fire in a mug in your home, stop by the Smokehouse Tavern and Dill will whip a Spanish coffee up for you.
