A man who allegedly threatened a person with a hatchet before damaging a vehicle and a nearby TriMet shelter in Gresham pleaded not guilty to several charges Thursday, including criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
Gener Dzib-Dzul, 28, was arrested in July after police say he made threats against another man, damaged his vehicle and then broke out the windows of a TriMet bus shelter.
He is facing two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, two counts of criminal mischief in the second degree, criminal mischief in the second degree and resisting arrest.
Dzib-Dzul is due back in court September 21.
