A semitrailer became stuck under a train overpass on Grahams Ferry Road early Thursday morning.

A portion of the semitrailer's roof was scraped off as it damaged the train tracks above, said TriMet officials.

It's unclear what products the semitrailer was transporting.

The crash forced TriMet to cancel WES trains for Thursday morning's commute and use shuttle buses to transport commuters.

TriMet spokeswoman Bekki Witt said the trains are not able to travel along the tracks because of damage caused by the accident. The shuttle buses served all stops between Wilsonville and Beaverton Transit Center, beginning with the first trip from Wilsonville at 5:19 a.m.

TriMet asked WES riders to plan on adding 20 minutes to their commute.

Witt said WES service should run on schedule for the afternoon commute.
