Flurries or Some Snow by Friday Morning
Thursday will be a cold day...morning lows could be down into the teens.Clouds will increase Thursday afternoon and evening and there's moisture arriving Thursday night that could bring some snow. At this point the moisture looks to be focused south of Portland. In the Rose City, we might just see flurries or nothing at all. There's a much better chance of snow south of Salem. The Central Coast and the Central/South Willamette Valley could get 1-3" of snow Thursday night through Friday morning. Friday afternoon through Monday will likely be dry and very cold with highs 25-35. A chance of showers will move in Tuesday. It could be cold enough for a rain/snow mix or a freezing rain/rain mix sometime between Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday.
