Portland’s Pasture takes a wholistic approach to butchery

PORTLAND, Ore (KPTV) – The Alberta Arts District is now home to Pasture, a whole animal butcher shop and restaurant. With their approach to butchery, the owners are able to showcase cuts of meats that are typically hard to find, create soaps and sauces in addition to a delicious lunch and dinner menu. FOX 12′s Ayo Elise stopped by the shop to learn more about what they offer.
