FOX 12 Surprise Squad helps out Little Free Library hit by thief

HILLSBORO, Ore. (KPTV) - A thief stole from a Little Free Library in Hillsboro that provides books to a neighborhood that is 90% Latino. The FOX 12 Surprise Squad decided to help replace those stolen books.
