Man found dead in travel trailer identified by Portland police

PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) - A man who was found dead inside a travel trailer in the Lents neighborhood last week has been identified.

On Thursday, Feb. 20, at about 9:12 p.m., officers responded to the area of Southeast 84th Avenue and Southeast Insley Street after a call from paramedics who found a man dead inside a travel trailer.

The man was identified Monday as 37-year-old Jeremiah S. McKenzie.

An investigation is underway in the Lents neighborhood after a man was found dead in a travel trailer, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

The medical examiner determined McKenzie died of homicide by gunshot wound. No arrests have been made at this time.
