On September 14, Energy Trust of Oregon, the Portland Housing Bureau and the Oregon chapter of the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) will host a FREE Community Resource Fair in Portland for current and prospective homeowners. Attendees can learn about how to repair and weatherize homes with the Community Energy Project, save money through energy-efficient upgrades and find affordable pathways to homeownership.

Renters and homeowners can learn about available Energy Trust incentives to make energy efficiency more affordable and discover Portland Housing Bureau programs to help make health, safety and accessibility updates.

The fair will also provide resources for Residential and Commercial contractors to discover apprenticeship and job training opportunities in the trades and learn about the benefits of joining NAMC and the Energy Trust’s Trade Ally Network.

The event is free with complimentary food, refreshments and giveaways.
