Saturday, August 17th, 4:30 A.M.
It’s a cloudy start for most locations along the coast and into the northern Willamette Valley. Patchy drizzle will likely occur from time to time this morning, but should back off toward the coast this afternoon. We probably won’t see a ton of sunshine today, and clouds will really dictate how warm we get around the Portland metro area. High temperatures are expected to climb into the low to mid 70s with a bit of sunshine late in the afternoon.
Sunday and Monday will feature more afternoon sunshine than today, and highs will slowly rebound back into the upper 70s and low 80s. Tuesday should be the warmest day over the next week or so with highs in the upper 80s and possibly the low 90s. This will be a brief warm up though. Cloudier skies and a few showers could bring us back into the upper 70s and low 80s by Wednesday.
Have a great weekend!
