A band of light to moderate showers began moving through the region late in the morning on Friday. We're expecting the bulk of those showers to taper off heading into the weekend, but on and off showers can't be ruled out on Saturday. For the most part, we'll probably experience more dry weather than rain to begin the weekend. Due to cloud cover though, high temperatures will struggle to climb out of the 50s on Saturday. Sunday is looking better though. Expect partly cloudy skies with highs returning to the low 60s.
Our next shot at rain looks like it will return on Monday. Showers could arrive as early as the mid to late morning, and we will have additional chances at experiencing showers heading into the middle part of the week. High temperatures will range between the mid to upper 50s Monday & Tuesday, but could return to the 60s by Wednesday.
