CLARK COUNTY, Wash. (KPTV) - A Clark County judge has granted an injunction banning protests near Vancouver school campuses.

The ruling comes after two days of anti-mask protests outside Skyview High School last week. Skyview and two nearby schools went into lockdown on Friday when some people went into the campus.

The new injunction means protesters can’t gather within a one-mile radius of any Vancouver School District building. It will be in effect as long as there are state mask mandates.

The district says it supports free speech but wants to keep students and staff safe.
