Deputies with the Linn County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men suspected of sexually abusing two women at the Willamette Country Music Festival in Brownsville.

The first incident was reported at about 4 a.m. Sunday. A 20-year-old woman from Harrisburg, who was staying with friends in an RV on the festival site, told deputies she woke up without clothes on and did not remember what happened.

According to deputies, 56-year-old Terry Allen Pepiot of Harrisburg, who was one of the people staying in the RV, confessed to sexually abusing the victim. He was arrested and booked into the Linn County Jail on a charge of unlawful sexual penetration in the first degree.

The second incident was reported just after 8 a.m. Sunday. A 20-year-old woman from Albany told deputies she left the concert last night with a female friend when they met the suspect and began drinking alcohol with him at his campsite. She said she later woke up to him sexually assaulting her.

Deputies say 37-year-old Jeremy Russell Janssen of Ridgefield, Washington was arrested on a charge of sex abuse I and was taken to the Linn County Jail.
