A local non-profit surprised a lucky little girl at Rose City Comic Con Saturday with a special gift.

Magic Wheelchairs presented Cassie Hudson with a wheelchair decorated like the motorcycle for the Green Arrow.

"I was completely mind blown. I'm so excited and so happy," Hudson said.

The non-profit is continuing the work of a Keizer family that made incredible costumes for their children in wheelchairs.

People from other parts of the country are helping to expand their efforts and make more kids' dreams come true.

Last year the group was able to make 8-epic costumes for kids.

Hudson said she loves the Green Arrow and how he helps out anyone in need.
